RULES!
Welcome to acabado_en_a, your source for all your Spanish music needs.

I created this community because I'm addicted to Spanish music and I wanted to see a community dedicated 100% to Spanish music.

Rules:
1. Every entry MUST be marked "friends-only." This is a members-only community. If you don't mark it friends-only, your entry will be deleted by the mods.

2. You must change "tt" in "http" to something else, whether it's "xx" or "nn" or something. I know, it's annoying, but it helps avoid getting noticed by "the system." You don't want to get in trouble, do you?

3. No spamming. There is no moderated posting yet, but if there are problems regarding this, I will start moderating. It's a pain and I don't want to have to do it, but if I have to I will.

You MAY promote another music-sharing community, however. But only one post will be allowed.

4. This one may seem obvious, but I'll say it anyway. Every album/song posted must either be in Spanish or in a language from a Spanish-speaking country. This includes Basque, Catalan, Galician, etc. No English, please, unless the artist/band is a native Spanish-speaker and for artistic reasons sings in English. E.g. Dover. Instrumental music/folk music is also allowed.

5. If the mods tell you to stop, STOP.

6. No flaming/trolling. Let's all be decent human beings here. Even if you absolutely hate an artist that's being posted and you feel no one should listen to him/her/them, don't say so. Not everyone has the same music tastes you do. :) Do not discuss politics/religion either. This is a music community, and even if an artist is very political, we don't need his/her/their opinions discussed here. Save that for your personal journal. I WILL use the "set_ban" option if necessary.

7. Not necessarily a rule but rather common courtesy, if you take something, it's always nice to leave a comment. :)

8. Support the artists. If possible, buy their albums. I realize most of the artists in this community are probably very hard to find if you don't have access to Spanish music in your local record store, but do your best. :)

9. Requests are allowed. That said, if you'd like to request an album, please provide "adequate compensation." In other words, if you'd like to request an album, you must include an album for download in your post, or five or more songs. If you would like two albums, then you'll need two albums in your post. Anyone can request, but it's always nice when you can bring something to the community as well. :)

10. PLEASE TAG YOUR ENTRIES. It helps keep the community organized and it's much easier to find a particular artist/album if the tags are accurate. If there's a tag you need that isn't available yet, feel free to ask the mods in your post to give you a tag.

--There are currently no requirements for being a member of this community. I won't have you post a random phrase in a comment in order to join the community or anything like that, at least not yet. But please, it'd be so much easier on everyone involved in this community if you'd abide by these rules. They aren't much, and most are no-brainers, but they're necessary to keep the order. ^__^ Not like you all are problematic, but I'm sure you understand what I mean. :)

--That said, please, enjoy the community. =D
